I don’t provide medical treatments myself—but I apply the same high-performance systems, sales frameworks, leadership coaching, and operational models that have driven success in the corporate world to help these practices increase patient engagement, service uptake, grow, scale, and profitability.
In other words, I help wellness-focused providers focus on what they do best—patient outcomes—while I build the business engine behind them.
